Pet Policy

We welcome two pets per apartment! There is a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $500 for two pets. There is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. There is no weight limit for first floor apartment homes. There is a weight limit of 75 lbs per pet on floors located above the first floor. Aggressive breeds are prohibited.
